Here are my main resources for recipes, information, and ideas:
Elana's Pantry - Elana is completely grain-free, soy-free, and potato-free. I visit her blog almost daily. She has lots of wonderful recipe, most of which use almond flour. Her website has TONS of recipes. Highly recommended! I love Elana!
The Spunky Coconut - Kelly Brozyna's blog has lots of recipes and information. I love reading about her gluten-free experiences in Colorado with her family. Many of her recipes are grain-free, and almost all of them are corn-free. As you probably guessed, she uses a lot of coconut flour!
Gluten Free Fix - Michelle posts completely grain-free recipes on her site, which is about a year old. She has lots of easy, wonderful recipes. I love how she has so many main course options. Michelle went gluten-free to control her Chron's Disease.
Comfy Belly - I am pretty new to the Comfy Belly website, but it has many grain-free options. The cupcakes I have tried from this website are delicious, and I check it often.
Nourishing Flourishing - This blog is so fun to read. I love the way she writes. There are lots of vegan recipes, but everything is very easy.
Whole Foods Market Recipes - I love Whole Foods. It's my favorite store in all of Houston. I even love it more than Banana Republic. Anyway, their website is great because you can filter to your dietary needs on the "advanced search" recipe section. There is not an option for corn-free or grain-free, but many of the gluten-free recipes are naturally grain-free or can be easily adapted. Lots of great ideas on this website.
